The Era of Oil
Skincare ritual with our skin-care essentials
The skin barrier is lipid. Oils are lipid.
At a molecular level,
this is less about skincare and more about the skin returning to a language it already speaks.
Rauha engineers that conversation
botanical oils selected for their structural affinity with sebum, calibrated to absorb, restore, and reinforce the barrier from within. Ancient logic. Precise execution.

FAQs
Your questions answered.
What does "oil-first" actually mean?
Oil is our primary delivery system. Most mainstream skincare is water-based with oil added in small, emulsified amounts. We work the other way: concentrated, active-rich oils formulated to absorb efficiently and support the skin barrier directly.
Is Rauha natural or organic?
Our formulations are built around plant-derived oils and actives. We list full ingredient panels on every product page so you can check exactly what's in the bottle.
What does Rosehip Face Oil actually do?
It's formulated for its trans-retinoic acid content, the compound responsible for its regenerative, texture-smoothing effects. Anyone looking to support skin texture, tone and barrier repair. It's lightweight for daily use, morning or night.
Do I still need a moisturizer if I'm using a face oil?
Oils address the lipid layer; if your skin also needs added water content (common in very dry climates or with certain skin types), you can layer a moisturizer underneath.
Should I patch test before using a new oil?
Yes, always — especially with actives-dense formulations like Kumkumadi Oil. Apply a small amount to your inner arm and wait 24 hours before using it on your face.
